The chances are that, completely out of your own conscious awareness, you are repeating a pattern of behaviour that is no longer useful and in fact can be damaging to you, your relationships and your life in general.

Negative patterns of behaviour can stem from negative ways of thinking and can result in depression, relationship problems, anxiety, stress, phobias, anger issues and general unhappiness.

I can assist you to recognise such patterns of behaviour and thinking, understand their origin, and support you in change to promote a much happier and positive way of living.


I offer you a confidential, safe and caring space to offload uncomfortable feelings and thoughts and explore aspects of yourself, past and present. My training is integrative which means that several distinct models of counselling and psychotherapy are drawn together and used in a converging way rather than in separate pieces. It is through self-awareness that real lasting life changes can begin to evolve and have a lasting influence on our life.

I work with the uniqueness of each individual, whilst drawing from the theoretical concepts of Transactional Analysis, Cognitive Behavioural Therapy, Schema Therapy, Solution Focused Therapy, Gestalt Theories and NLP Techniques.

I believe that each client benefits from a therapeutic approach which is tailored to meet their needs.
